CGN Hosting aims to provide 99.9% uptime for its hosting services, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access due to maintenance, network issues, or unforeseen events.

6. Payment Terms

All fees for the Services are due in advance. The Customer agrees to provide accurate payment details and authorizes CGN Hosting to charge them for the Services on the agreed payment schedule.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. CGN Hosting may suspend or terminate your account for non-payment, violation of this Agreement, or illegal activities.

8. Indemnification

The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold CGN Hosting harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their use of the Services, including violations of third-party rights or applicable laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

CGN Hosting shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Services. The total liability of CGN Hosting shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the Services in the last 12 months.

10. Force Majeure

CGN Hosting is not responsible for delays or failures in performance due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, wars, or government actions.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information exchanged during the course of this Agreement private and not disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

12. Non-Solicitation

The Customer agrees not to solicit or hire CGN Hosting's employees or contractors for one year after the termination of this Agreement.

13. Marketing and Publicity

CGN Hosting may use the Customer’s name or logo for marketing purposes with prior written consent from the Customer. Consent can be revoked at any time in writing.

14. Changes to Terms of Service

CGN Hosting may modify these Terms at any time, and the updated terms will become effective upon posting or notification. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
